Refund policy

At Mozy Arts, all products are made-to-order, especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
